Sitting on the Potty!!

IS THAT JAYDEN ON THE POTTY?
September: Yes sir yee folks! Jayden wanted to sit on the potty! However, don't get to excited...she didn't actually do anything. We were just so thrilled that she wanted to go on it that we figured...what the heck...let's see what comes of it!

Jayden's Beach/Picnic Adventure

At the end of September it was so nice out that Grandma, Dadoo, Jayden, Mommy and Daddy
all decided to go on a picnic at Round Valley Recreation Center/Park. They
have a beach area with swings. Jayden has never been to the beach before today. Mommy doesn't go in the sun anymore (trying to keep that skin of her's looking
young you know) so taking a ride to the beach in the summer is not on the big priority list. It was funny to see Jayden's reaction when we took off her shoes and socks to bury her toes in the sand! It was a strange feeling at first for her but we soon found Jayden giggling and wanting more! Mommy & Grandma even got down in the sand to build some castles with Jayden! We didn't stay long though, the bees were out in unusual numbers. It was better to be safe then sorry...after 3 hours, it was time to go back to Grandma's for a nap.

2007 New York Renaissance Festival

Once again it was time to dress up in garb, talk with an old English accent and head up to the NY Renaissance Festival!Here is Dadoo, Jayden and Grandma at the faire. Yes, folks, they are dressed in period garb as well...however, it's from Lewis & Clark era! Jayden thought she's take a stab at pulling the "Sword out of the Stone"! Wouldn't it have been wonderful if she actually did it? Would that have made her the youngest ruler ever? Hmm...will have to check the history books for that one.
Pirates?! Is that a Pirate ship I see before me? What are they doing here?

Cousin's Picnic at Aunt Chrisann's House

August 25, 2007: Aunt Chrisann had a picnic for all the cousin's on Mommy's side of the family. Jayden met Joseph's family...Mommy hasn't seen him since she was Jayden's age! WOW, that's a long time! They live just minutes away from Aunt Chrisann's house. We also had two new addition's to the family...Jackie had twins! Next year we will have another addition to the family because Lisa is pregnant!
Everyone had lots of fun swimming, eating and catching up. Aunt Josie & Uncle Jimmy were up from Florida and joined in the fun as well.
